This Cookie Policy explains how MoverAudit ("MoverAudit", "we", "us", or "our"), a platform operated by Accordion Investments LLC, uses cookies and similar technologies (such as browser storage and server log files) when you visit and use our website and services ("Services"). It explains what these technologies are, exactly which ones we use, why we use them, and how you can control them. This Cookie Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to keep you signed in, and to remember your preferences. "First-party" cookies are set by the site you are visiting; "third-party" cookies are set by another provider whose service is used on the site. "Session" cookies are deleted when you close your browser, while "persistent" cookies remain for a set period or until you delete them. We refer to related technologies, including browser storage and server log files, together with cookies as "cookies" in this Policy unless stated otherwise.
We keep our use of cookies deliberately small. Everything we set is first-party and strictly functional:
What we do not use. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising, targeting, or retargeting cookies; we do not use social-media tracking pixels; and we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Nothing we set tracks you across other websites.

If you pay for a report, the checkout happens on Stripe's own domain, and Stripe sets its own cookies there under its own policy (stripe.com/privacy). If you choose "Sign in with Google", the sign-in happens on Google's domain under Google's policy (policies.google.com/privacy). Neither sets tracking cookies on MoverAudit pages.
We maintain server log files, which automatically record technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps, used for security, diagnostics, and fraud prevention, and deleted on rotation, as described in our Privacy Policy. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which serves files without setting cookies. We do not use third-party advertising pixels or web beacons.
Legal basis. All cookies we set are strictly necessary to provide the Services you request; under U.S. and EU/UK law these do not require consent. We currently set no non-essential cookies at all. If we ever introduce analytics or advertising cookies, we will update this Policy first and provide the legally required notice and choice before any such cookie is set.
Browser controls. You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings, and set your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are sent. If you block or delete strictly necessary cookies, parts of the Services, including sign-in and access to purchased reports, may not work. Cookie choices are specific to each browser and device.
Opt-out preference signals (Global Privacy Control). Because we do not sell or share personal information and use no advertising cookies, a GPC signal does not change how we handle your information, but where the law requires we treat it as a valid opt-out, which is our default state for all visitors anyway.
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the technologies we use or for legal or operational reasons. The revised Policy will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after the revised Policy takes effect constitutes your acceptance of it.
